MUDr. Petros Christodoulou
Certified plastic surgeon, expert guarantor of the EarWell program
Dr. Petros Christodoulou is a certified plastic surgeon of Slovak-Cypriot origin, working in Prague. He currently works at the aesthetic surgery clinic in Prague Medicom Clinic and at the plastic surgery clinic at the Faculty Hospital in Bulovka.
MUDr. Petros Christodoulou is an experienced plastic surgeon with many years of experience, who specializes in both reconstructive plastic surgery and aesthetic surgery. Within the scope of reconstructive surgery, he specializes in complex microsurgical reconstructions of the face, torso and limbs. He is the head microsurgeon of the Comprehensive Center for the Treatment of Musculoskeletal Tumors at the Faculty Hospital in Bulovka and is one of the founding members of the Czech Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery (CSRM).
In aesthetic surgery, he is one of the leading specialists in aesthetic facial surgeries. When it comes to ear surgeries, MUDr. Petros Christodoulou has performed hundreds of primary and secondary otoplasties (surgical corrections of protruding auricle).
MUDr. Petros Christodoulou at the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc, where he worked from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, he accepted a position at the Medicom Clinic in Prague and at the Plastic Surgery Clinic at the Faculty Hospital in Bulovka in Prague. At the Faculty Hospital in Bulovka, he worked as the Chief of the Plastic Surgery Clinic from 2019 to February 2023.
From 2018 to the end of 2022, he worked as an assistant professor at the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague, where he participated in the teaching of medical students. During the same period, he also worked as a lecturer at the Institute of Postgraduate Education (IPVZ), thus participating in the education of doctors in specialization training.
MUDr. Petros Christodoulou is completely dedicated to his work. In order to be able to offer his patients the latest and most effective procedures, he is constantly educating himself – he has completed courses, internships and work stays in Beverly Hills, Miami, St. Louis, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Istanbul, Bucharest and many other cities, where he had the opportunity to learn from the greatest experts in his field.
MUDr. Petros Christodoulou is also a member of professional societies such as the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS), the Czech Society of Plastic Surgery (ČSPCH), the Czech Society of Hand Surgery and the Czech Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.
He is also a member of the Czech Medical Chamber and the Cyprus Medical Chamber.

Chief of staff, MUDr. Martin Čihař, is one of the most experienced experts in the field of neonatology in the Czech Republic. He has dedicated his professional life to the care of newborns – from healthy babies to the most vulnerable, born prematurely or with serious health complications. For several decades, his name has been associated with high professionalism, precision, but also with a calm and humane approach, which parents greatly appreciate.
Ing. Andrea Christodoulou
Executive Director, Patron of the EarWell Project
Ing. Andrea Christodoulou is the founder and heart of the EarWell project. She graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague. Her professional career began in completely different fields than healthcare. She worked, for example, for a consulting and training company under the leadership of the well-known coach Mgr. Pavel Procházka or in the international company Dun & Bradstreet. Thanks to maternity leave and chance, she found a completely different path, and that is young children. She sees the EarWell project as a mission, an opportunity to offer children a better future. “What we pass on to children at an early age will never be lost.”
